This Kriya, as taught by Yogi Bhajan, uses repetitive motion, to stimulate the thyroid, parathyroid, pituitary and pineal glands to balance the endocrine system. Wahe Guru is the mantra internally chanted to encourage release of darkness to experience projection of you light.
