Breath of Fire is a foundational breath technique used in the practice of yoga. The benefits are: Releases toxins and deposits from the lungs and blood vessels, expands the lung capacity and vitality, strengthen the Nervous System to resist stress, balances the Sympathetic/Parasympathetic, strengthens the navel chakra, increases physical endurance, adjusts the psycho-electromagnetic field, reduces additive impulses, increases oxygen to the brain, boosts immune system and synchronizes the biorhythms of the physical symptoms.
Do not practice if pregnant.
